1. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped by default using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The system automatically matches the best shipping carrier based on order weight and destination. International orders are primarily shipped using USPS, with expedited delivery available via DHL to Europe and the Middle East. Please note: all delivery times exclude weekends and local holidays.

2. Shipping Time Information
Order Processing Time
- Regular orders (value ≤ USD 500, quantity ≤ 8 pieces): After payment is confirmed, preparation and shipping will take 1-2 business days.
- Custom orders (e.g., bulk purchases): Preparation and packaging will take an additional 1-3 business days. Detailed progress will be communicated via email.

Business Day Calculation
24-hour delivery times are based on the "Package Ship Date." Orders shipped on Wednesdays (whether morning or afternoon) will ship on the first business day (Thursday). Orders shipped on weekends will ship on the first business day of the following Monday.

3. Specific delivery methods
(1) Standard delivery orders: 1-2 working days for warehouse distribution, 4-7 working days for store arrival, 1-2 working days for remote areas (such as Alaska, Puerto Rico);
International orders: 2-3 working days for export customs clearance, USPS delivery, timeliness 8-18 working days (8-12 working days for Europe/Canada, 12-18 working days for Asia/Australia).
(2) Priority delivery. After credit card authorization and address verification, the order will be shipped within 1 working day and delivered within 3-4 working days. Weekend delivery is available (please note when placing the order, no additional charge).
(3) Express delivery
Delivery within 1-3 working days after shipment. A detailed street address (including house number and unit number) is required. PO box service is not provided.
- International Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 3-5 business days of shipment and includes priority customs clearance (recipient's passport information is required).

4. Customs Duties
We are not responsible for customs duties, import value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges incurred on international orders. The relevant rules are as follows:

- EU countries: Orders over €150 are subject to import duties of 19%-25%.

- Other countries/regions: Please check local customs duty-free limits before placing an order. The recipient must pay all duties and taxes to the courier or customs official upon signing for the shipment.
